Returns & Refund Policy

We can provide a full refund/exchange if you encounter the following situations within 90 days after the express delivery is signed.
Note: The refund will be returned to the original account within 3-5 working days.

1. We sent the wrong order or item(s), you received any broken items, or the quality of the products you received is poor/defective.

2. You received the incorrect photo charm. If the picture’s appearance is different from the photo provided to 4FunGift. Like the Picture is misprinted, the thread comes off, etc. (We will only exchange the item(s) for the same product, or the item(s) of equal or lesser value.)

Non-refundable 

1. Refunds cannot be given if the fault is a result of your own actions such as product misuse or During the delivery process, you submitted the wrong shipping address on the order or if personalization is misspelled, or if you upload a low-resolution image or choose the wrong size product or delivery failed due to personal reasons.

2. Exceeds 90 days after express receipt.

Our guaranty

We provide buyers with 100% quality personalized products before shipping will re-check the quality and accuracy of each item, to provide you with tailored gifts.

If you have any questions about our products, our customer service will patiently help you solve your confusion.

lf you meet our 90-day return standard, we will fully pay for your return freight, please contact our customer service after the product is sent out, and submit the freight payment voucher.

Order production:

Once your order has been submitted, we will immediately start the production of personalized products. We will process the order in order.
Please note:
1. Within 12 hours after placing the order, if you consult customer service online or send an email to support@4fungift.com, you can cancel the order and get a refund but you need to pay the transaction fee (the refund amount*4.2%) .
2. Within 12-24 hours after placing the order, the order will enter production time.
If you need to cancel your order, your order will be charged a 50% restocking fee, so 50% of the order amount will be refunded.
3. Within 24-48 hours after placing the order, if you need to cancel your order, 20% of the order amount will be returned
4. Order cancellation cannot be set more than 48 hours after placing the order.
5. After shipment: Order cancellation cannot be set.

Refund process:
1. You must first contact the 4FunGift customer service team via email (support@4fungift.com).
Please contact one of our customer service representatives to inform the order information and the reason for the refund.
2. Both parties negotiate according to the refund policy.
3. Both parties agree on the refund amount and confirm the refund.
4. The staff processes the refund.
5. The refund will be returned to your account within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email notification after the refund is processed.

Exchange policy: Contact the 4FunGift customer service at support@4fungift.com  and follow the instructions provided by our customer service team. The customers need to pay the return shipping cost of the product, and our team will send the replacement style after receiving the goods.

Return Process:

2. Please follow the instructions provided by our customer service team
3. Packages returned should be new and unworn, and they should be in the original condition when you received them
4. Please include a sheet of paper with your order number and email information
5. Returns will be processed within 3 business days of receipt of your item Once your return has been processed you will receive an email notification.
Please note that payment processing is beyond our control and it may take up to 7-10 business days to deposit funds into the account you use at checkout.
